Kia or whanau. Primo podcast. You’re Patai about brushing teeth and shaving. I saw a documentary on the Solomon Islands where they used oyster/clam shells as pincers to pull each hair of their chin out. They did it so effortlessly and quickly that I wondered if that’s what our tipuna did too? Also there is a book online called nutrition and physical degeneration which studied our tipuna teeth and the degeneration that occurred once western foods were introduced by the white man. But prior to this our kai provided all of the proper nutrients vitamin k, d and c to have strong and healthy
